Very delicious! This is the first time I had a authentic Indian restaurant, and it is so impressing me. Staff are very nice and friendly especially Khun Robin, he was very attentive and helpful!!! I love this restaurant, will be back for 100%

I went here in July'22. Located in Thonglo Sukhumvit Soi 55. It's an Indian restaurant with good taste, mind blowing environment and nice collection of spirits. Worth a try for Indian food lovers.

Locate on 2nd floor of the 8th Thonglor. Parking is avaiable on 4th floor. CHICKEN TIKKA and Chicken tikka masala is really great!! Garlic Nan has really smooth scent and soft. I think they know what flour to pick and how to cook them. For mw, briyani is soso but flour on top is damn good!! They serve hot !! Seat normally arrange for 4 people each table. Maybe not for a big group walk-in coming together unless restaurant is not busy and may merge table for you.

My wife and I had a late lunch at Masala Art. She ordered the fish goan curry and I ordered the murg patiala (a northern India chicken dish), with both plain basmati and saffron rice. We thoroughly enjoyed them. The curry sauce in the murg patiala was richly spiced, with a velvety creaminess. There was a nice balance between the aromatic spices and the heat of the red chili. While I didn’t try the fish curry, my wife really liked it, and she usually finds something to criticize at most Indian restaurants we visit, so it must have been quite good!

Try their desserts! We had the gulab jamun and it was great. I wanted to try the rasmalai as well, but was just too full.

The staff were wonderful, and we had a very nice chat with Robin. He’s a real people-person, and it’s obvious he cares about his customers.

An Unexpected and Unprofessional Surprise

We were enjoying the delicious meal until it came time to pay the bill. The server told us there was something wrong with the card machine and that it would not accept credit cards. We would have to pay our large bill with a debit card or cash.
Looking through past reviews on TripAdvisor this is not the first time they requested payment in cash at the end of the meal. Maybe they’re trying to avoid the 3% card fee.
We planned to return with friends and family but will never go back. We left very disappointed. There are other excellent Indian restaurants that we can go to with better service.

Nice restaurant, good ambience with a good menu. Fairly quite on a late Sunday afternoon which was great. Food was good but was a bit lacking on the Indian spice front, Not the heat from chillies but the spices. Waiter said that the food is usually toned down.
