No towel, no shampoo, and no soap. Our special request when we booked the room wasn't granted. We wanted to check out at 2pm but it wasn't granted. The front desk is out of now where. The front desk is strict. Bad service. The place is nice but the service is so bad. I rate the service negative. The staff are unfriendly. They are not considerate.

Amazing place with amazing staff! We had a great weekend here where we rented the whole place out for a friend's birthday and our every need was taken care of.

Steve and Julie are amazing and have other properties that you rent or rent stay in as well.

Great location for local attractions visits. Close to beaches. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Lovely pool. Very nice cocktail bar and snacks. Super prices.
Recommend this great place.

Small and cosy place. Very clean room. No resturent but u can bring ur own food and cook. Take rooms facing swimming pool. Far from pattaya market and beach. But u will get songtow easily.

Large pool.clean rooms .close to water parks and silverlakes and nong nooch gardens.some great beaches nearby.value for money and nice staff

Fun place to stay with modern rooms and BBQ facilities and kitchen available for guests.Close to many major attractions and Ramayana water park and the cartoon network water park.Temples to visit close by and big buddah image plus sheep farm and vineyard.clean and friendly staff.
