Wish we had a longer stay at Mason! Everything was perfect:

- Stunning architecture and spectacular view.
- Spacious room with a HUGE bathtub and bubbling service.
- Food was delicious and beautifully presented.
- Wide range of Western and Asian breakfast selections.
- Free activities like kayaking and yoga class.
- Very warm and friendly staff.

Thanks for making our celebration special and giving us this memory of lifetime - we can’t wait to come back soon!

Usually don’t write reviews but this place is everything!! Any of the bad reviews you see were probably over exaggerated as it was stunning. Great service excellent room that looks exactly like the photos. There are activities like kayak and jet ski available. The staff are lovely and welcoming, and they put your relaxation and needs as their top priority. The views are beautiful, not like any other here in pattaya. I will definitely be coming back here again, and if you have the chance to you should come too!!

Excellent service since the start from security, buggy service to the reception when check in

Amazing welcome drink - thai drink

Wow factor: room included breakfast but they give option for dining in room serving as a basket or going to the restaurant! Free of charge so we chose to serve in room

Floating morning basket also available with jist a charge of 1200++ baht

Booked the duplex room! SUPERB! Beautiful!

Partial sea view from the bedroom which is beautiful in the morning when you wake up with the bed facing to the sea

Big luxury toilet with a big tub, easily fit for two people. Wow factor is the hotel can make a bubble baht for you free of charge which unlike few places that charges you

Nice spacious private pool, big living room with marshal speaker! Just to say that its one of the best hotel in pattaya!

Price and quality are overrated.

The pool villa is surrounded by some scattered bush, you can have eye contact with the peoples outside or the bulky when pass by they were stare at you every minutes

The breakfast are cold when they are served at your room on the floor and when I asked them for dinning table they told they serve all the same .

We was check in late that night and was raining due to safety reason we drove slowly to the Mason Pattaya and while reach there’s a heavy construction and hardly to drive in and got few scratches on my car .

So at night me and my gf was hungry and would like to order some food they told me there’s no late night order but they can sell me some cup noodles so we was starving till next day morning for the breakfast , was ordering at 9am but they serve us 11am what they told me is sorry that they thought was been serve !!!
And due to the heavy rain we request a late checkout due to the heavy rain and the reception told me they only give us 1pm for laters check out but then when 12pm++ we was chatting at the lobby with heavy rain nothing was busying the receptionist what we saw is they playing with their phone .

But is ok as we really wanna check out asap as we stayed in the room for 3 days 2 night doing nothing nor the pool at all .

While we checking out I need to pay for the for mini bar but then was not at the front desk was at the carpark which the bell boy ask me for the money and the mini bar really cost me 3000 baht that much ???
If mason Pattaya see this review please tell me should I pay that much of money for the mini bar ???

All in all, this is one of the most expensive and best rated hotel in pattaya, i was expecting a much better service. This is just not up to a normal standard, surely not recommend to anyone ????????????

Zila bistro has some great innovative food with beautiful sea view seatings. Outdoor and indoor seats. Nice fried rice and thai fusion dishes. Signature cocktails.

There’s no privacy at all , and the room I suggest you need a daily clean up even there’s no guests kind of stink and breakfast is not what I tot to have it on the pool cos there’s too much of leaf in it .

Absolutely overrated.

Villa Design
- the pool villa is surrounded by some scattered bush, you can have eye contact with people from outside
- the villa i stayed is right in front of the restaurant, you can hear the music and people chattering at anytime/ diners from the restaurant can watch everything you do at the pool.

Services
- the front door is broken when we check in.
- breakfast for both morning are cold when they are served
- on third day morning, 2 staff came and tried to open my door and woke me up from bed. They told me that someone reported the door is not working so they came to fix it.

Others
- beach is a super mini one and no staff after 7pm

All in all, this is one of the most expensive and best rated hotel in pattaya, i was expecting a much better service. This is just not up to a normal standard, surely not recommend to anyone.
