Jomtien Holiday Pattaya Hotel

The hotel lobby and rooms has many mosquitos. The toilet lid was about to fall off. The shower drain is weak and floods the bathroom. The staff in the evening is terrible. The breakfast was one hour early from what I requested and very cold. I had to call the front desk 2 times for lunch...more that one hour late. I never received dinner. I would not recommend this hotel for any travels. The TV had only one English speaking channel.

This is my first time to quarantine in Thailand~all is free ???? 14 days here,I really have a great experience. I enjoy eating many delicious Thai food here, you know~every meals are different and it makes me feel excited for the next meal. I enjoy living in the comfy room with the beautiful view ex.garden and beach view. All staffs are nice,polite and professional. All is perfect,I love this time and hopefully all staffs will be happy,healthy and get a good benefit back for them as well.????

Very nice hotel . With really nice staff. The girl I exception even lent me her charger because my phone charger was not right .
Breakfast was very nice . The hotel was smart and clean. .
I wa very impressed .

I stayed in this hotel for 15 days according the policy of state quarantine. With no expectation since the place provides for free, I am very impress by the room and service of the hotel.

By having to handle tons of request everyday with very randomly questions for 24/7, the staff very kind and patient with all of us. The room are very large especially when you just came back from Japan where the hotel room is about the 1/6 of this hotel room.

The foods are superb with variety of menu . There is no duplicate menu during my stay 14 days, oh i think may be only once that is the same but it is upon consumer request since it is so delicious.

Heard all the news before came here, I quite worry a bit about the state quarantine but this place changed my mind.

Thank you so much for the hotel staff, for all medical staff, for all government staff who take very good care of us during this journey.

Thank you for taking such a great care of us during the 15 days period. The room I stayed has partial sea view and is very spacious. The food provided is in good quality (I like spicy meat salad/ slide grilled meat salad the most). I will re-visit the hotel next time with friends and family once the situation is back to normal.

I have a good time during Stage Quarantine here more than I expected. Staff are great helpful and service. The hotel room is spacious and last thing the food is tasty in every meal.

I would like to say big thank you to all staff team / Medical team for great assistant and service during this Pandemic. Really appreciate it!

I have been here for a state quarantine. The service are nice and the staff are super friendly and polite. The room is clean and comfortable. The quarantine food provided by the hotel are tasty. The food from the menu are delicious and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend anyone who wants to visit Pattaya Beach to spend nights here.
