The hotel is hidden away in a lane, far from the main street. The hotel parking spaces were located directly in front of the hotel lobby. The hotel reception is proficient, but not as excellent as it should be. I had to request directions to my room. The room appeared clean, but it was not as clean as expected by hotel standards. However, it was discovered that I had a rash on my body at night. I had informed the hotel and requested to see a doctor, but the hotel management was unprofessional and treated guests as well as hotel chains. The hotel allowed guests to bring their pets with them. The hotel's pool was enormous and equipped with jacuzzi tubs, but it was not adequately maintained. There were floating insects in the pool. Some visitors leached dogs while walking around the pool. The breakfast was excellent overall. There were many delicious options available. I would not recommend this hotel if you are willing to pay more for a healthier stay.

A good pet friendly hotels, where you can bring your own dog ???? inside the room. And at breakfast they are so serve food for the pet. Overall area is clean and up to standard. But if you check in late the staff at late night shift seem to not be that friendly or helpful just doing their duty at best.

This hotel is actually not beachfront, Jomtien beach is 1.2km by walking along well paved road but no footpath , so careful while you walking esp. at night. Hotel lobby is cool in ambiance of tropical hut and open air among the garden between towers. It’s not brand new hotel but its furniture is well maintained for using. Room space is not quite wide, but it has own view from the balcony, on higher floors, sea view is available . Blacout curtain is available for comforting your sleep at night. Between two towers , it locates swimming pool among the garden. Food and beverages are available butits taste is just average.

The room was clean and designed well interiorly. The pool was beautiful and spacious.
The dining room charged too much for its value, e.g., a glass of iced mocha costed 145 Baht, which tasted subpar.
The service was great overall but deserved a critism. I hanged a 'do not disturb' but the maid entered my room to clean anyways.

Very nice hotel, clean, the staff is smiling, always ready to serve. The breakfast was good.

Never wait in a hotel cehck in desk more then 30 minutes for check-in. Dog's allowed in the hotel wich is not good for me.

Hello, I’m thinking of booking a room here. The pool looks great and is
really close to the sea. I just wonder about one thing: where do the eggs that Centara
uses come from? I’ve heard that hens that are confined in cages live in very bad conditions. They can barely move, and it’s very dirty, so I feel really bad for them. Your hotels do not use eggs from farms that trap hens in cages, right?
