Location (4/5) : the hotel located a 5-mins drive to Jomtien Beach and it's convenience spot , close to 7-11, Family Mart and local restaurant.

Room (4/5): Deluxe Premier Room (#808). The previous comment about my stay that the room no #608 had the bad smell from the sewer. It's improved, the room #808 has no bad smell from the sewer.
The negative comment is only the room lay out, the bed is located closed to the door and it's a bit noisy when the room next door, shut the door. There are free space left in a middle of the room.

Service/ Staffs : Well trained and they have a lovely service mind.

Room isn’t properly insulated, so avoid rooms facing west. There’s a gap underneath the door, so road noise can also be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. Thin drapes so room can be glaring and bright. Hard firm bed and inferior pillows. Staff needs to be retrained to improve customer service.

The room is clean, reasonable price. Close to 7-11 shop and Family Mart very convenient. 5 Mins to Jomtien beach. The staff are very friendly.

I cannot recommend this place to anyone the name says Boutique and Budget the only true word in the Name is Budget I wouldn’t pay anymore then 170 baht per night there is no sound proofing at all you can hear the room next door hear them coughing using the toilet the mattress on the bed is either very old or 2nd hand when we 1st turned on the Air Conditioner it smelt like Durian was being blown out of it was a real sickening smell had to have the door to outside open to clear the smell as you can see in the pictures the walls have patches on them power point hanging out off the walls and in the bathroom of all places
We will never be back here again we would have had a better nights sleep in the car that’s how bad this place really is do not waste your time or money at this place not worth the heartache

Air condition broken. Staff won’t even care much. Don’t come here if you want to get a good night sleep. Staff said many rooms have broken air conditioning.

I complain but they insisted me on staying. I have to request second time to change the room at 1am because I couldn’t sleep. So they eventually changed.

Money wasted. Too expensive for such a bad service quality.

For a budget Hotel; many still need improvement; Smell is extremely strong; dust::sound pollution above minimum; people starting construction since 7:30am:: so it is not a good place to have a healthy rest; bathroom smell and no clean; shower is weak with many mole and dirty conner; Horrible Experience. Chance to come again is really really slim.
