They charged us for a floor towel that got dirty , the conceirge barely speak english and the owner insulted us when we gave a poor rating on their facebook page ..

An excellent place to be. Big room with a quality bed, table and chairs to take 3 guests, nice dressing morrow and table. Clean bathroom with bath tub, automatic door key, safe locker, clean towels. Nice lobby with breakfast and also big dinning settings for a meeting for upto 100 guests. An unforgettable place to be.
Thanks to the management.
Affordable also.

I stayed here for 10 days and I sure recommend for staying with family. The location is perfect. We always had transport willingly available to us from the resort. Well appointed hotel with all the amenities. We were treated well by all employees. You definitely will get your monies worth by staying here.

The decor in our room wasn't fresh. Carpeting in hallways of hotel in need of replacement. I won't consider the location to be convenient. That's it people who r advicing by ideal pratunam examples. The dinner was excellent and had a good selection of traditional Thai dish's. Variety of breakfast made us feel good in the morning.

Stayed here during our trip to Bangkok. In the heart of the city. Easy access to all major shopping malls,movie theaters and the BTS sky rail line. Value for money.Friendly staff and great breakfast. Rooms are kept clean and tidy. Enjoyed our stay here very much. 5 stars

The hotel remained spotless the entire time there. The property is well kept with great amenities. The breakfast was good and had something for everyone. The hotel is just 30 mins from international airport and is situated in central bangkok. I used skype to call home and it was crystal clear.
