Very good hotel. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Able to speak english. New, trendy and beautifully designed budget/boutique hotel. Checking in was simple and welcome drink was served. Staffs even showed the room around the hotel. Luggage can also be kept at their place. Room was clean, soundproofing was OK, 2 bottled water was provided each day during our stay. Only downside was the water heater which require some trial and error to get the right amount of heat. Location of the hotel is also very strategic, near to platinum mall and BTS. Will stay again if i do return to Bangkok.

It has very tiny room! But so comfortable. Feels like home. Clean bed. Clean bathroom. Its funny to see how small the room is. Because of our body is small too, the room size fit to us. We feel very happy to sleep here. Nice and friendly services too. So recommended. And it is very close to Platinum/Pratunam.

Enjoyed my stay at Gaam Hotel. Been wanting to stay at this property on my last few trips to Bangkok. One of the reasons for booking this place because of its excellent location. Check in was a breeze and staff at the front desk were friendly and polite. Stay at the Aurora King Room for a night. I was not disappointed with the rooms, it was very cozy. Wifi signal and air condition were strong. Only downside, is that the room has significant wear and tear and some refurbishment should do the trick. Besides that, there are a handful of convenience stores within the property. They will collect a sum of 500baht as deposit.

Twin room - Aurora. Clean room with enough space to move around. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is clean. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They offer airport transfer to the airport for 400thb (not sure if the pick up from airport). Great location with shops everywhere. Night market is a min walk away. Great food carts around. GREAT COFFEE STALL JUST OUTSIDE AND GREAT RICE AND PORK CART ON THE OTHER SIDE.

Friendly front desk staff. Speaks very good English. Rooms are small but very clean. There are 2 built-in universal power points and 2 USB charging outlets at the bed. Very well thought-out for travellers. Do note that the power is 220V only.

Strategic location. Got 7-11 and Family Mart within 50m. Friendly staff, room is small but tidy and no problem for shower and rest. It's a good choice for budget traveller.

not really recommended, room is too small, may be suit for backpacker but not suit for people who come for shopping like me????toilet is narrow, shower was broken and no refill of tea/coffee pack.. basically the hotel environment is good and very near to 7-11, convenient. ????
