I'm not sure it's paris in bkk or rathole here, we did mistake booked it 7 days but can't stay really, im not complain about location it was good for shopping (only shopping) don't sleep in this hole I'm telling you it's a shame cuz they scammed us, its unsecure can't lock the door properly you can see from pics they put selotape covered the lock. SMELL too bad and so noisy!!! i was tried to be nice but i want to take my life back from this hole I'm too tired to complain at staff so I just left without complain and they already knew it so.... ????u200d????

Good for shopping and eating... not good for the room, smelly, unsecure, noisy and we were given the wifi password for the next hotel de lavender, not their own wifi

We arrived at Paris in Bangkok and were greeted with hostile staff. We waited for about an hour for an employee to come downstairs. When he got to the counter he didn't believe we booked a room. He was talking on the phone with someone and was being very short with us. I gave the employee my passport and he scanned it for paperwork. After giving us our key he told us to go to our room without giving me back my passport. Upon arrival to our room, we were greeted with a horrible smell. There is mold on the walls and brown stains dripping from the door. The room is filled with insects. We would have chosen a different room, but by the time we got our key most places around us were closing. And it was getting dark. When we came back to the hotel the staff met us outside and followed us inside closely and they were staring us down.

We originally booked 6 nights there but we ended up staying one night and checking out of our room early the next morning.

Positives:
+it's in a very cool area
+it has a/c
+it has a private bathroom
+very reasonable price

Negatives
-rude staff
-no window
-very dirty
-stinky bed pillows and sheets

Do not stay here. We booked online and had to wait 45 minutes for anyone to help us. When we did get help he was very rude to us for no reason and also hostile. The room was dirty and had a foul smell. Nothing like the pictures. We originally booked 6 nights but left after the first night because we did not feel safe or comfortable.

We made our booking 2 weeks before we go. Fully paid. But when we get there, our room was taken. They did give us other room but at the nearby hotel. We have to climbed the stairs to the 4th floor. They gave back our room the following day, meaning we have to climbed down 4 stairs again, carrying the luggage on our own. Bad management. Don't deserve even one star????

Worst place EVER! Literally never been so disappointed and insulted.
We did not read the reviews silly us, until it was to late and we were on our way there...
The room: Dirty disgusting and terrible... We read about cockroaches.. And once we moved a little cabin to check, baby roaches scattered. Cigarettes buds in the shower and a general stink. The bed was clean, and we were amazingly tired from the night bus, so we slept 3 hours left our luggage in the room, and went out to eat and possibly check for another place to stay.
But when we came back to the hostel... Our room was open!!! And they're were 5 guys inside sitting on our bed between our stuff!! They were painting the walls!! My wife's underwear and clothes where on the bed and they were just sitting between it all. There was paint on her clothing, paint on my backpack.
These amazingly disrespectful guys, looked at us as if it was perfectly normal to sit in someones checked in room...
This place, avoid t like the plague... No respect for property, unfriendly, disgusting... We got our money back, but could not clean our stuff completely...
Lesson? Never forget to read the reviews.. We learned it the hard way.

Had a friend staying here. I went to visit her and they wanted to keep my actual passport until I left because “they wanted to make sure I didn’t damage anything”.
Say what? First of all, that’s it’s illegal. No one can keep your passport. And second, what is there to damage in this place? Everything is already damaged...place was a total dump.
Super shady dudes and not locals. Go figure.
