One stop shop hospital. Many Cambodian people come here for there health checkup or issue.
Cleanliness: 4 out of 5.
Friendliness: 2 out of 5, most staffs were rude and not helpful. Not only toward me but I heard they spoke to everyone this way.
Worse of all they don’t respect the appointment and your time. I made an appointment a month in advance, so I flew it the day before. Went to the hospital to confirm my app, everything was good. The day of my app, they said my appointment was cancelled and the doctor was not in. Horrible, very unprofessional and careless about the patient’s time. Go somewhere else.

I don’t think you should come here for check up. Their process is a mess despite you made an appointment. Doesn’t look anything like a hospital to me, more like a small massage place. Also they call themselves international check up but no single staff speak English ???? paid thousands of dollars for check up for bad service sorry won’t be back

Exceeded my expectations. Very modern and clean, probably the best care I have had in a hospital in Thailand. The international translator was so helpful with arranging my appointment online and making sure everything was good with me during my stay. The only downside is the pharmacy seems overpriced.

I came to this hospital on Sunday at the beginning of August 2022 to test covid before returning to Korea. I texted the hospital on Line before going to make sure it works on Sunday and the hospital replied really nicely to me. It took me only 30 mins to do everything, which is considered super fast. The hospital is new and clean, the staff is really nice to me, and the price is reasonable. It's a great experience ????

Came here expecting to get ripped off being a foreigner. Had an acute gout attack and they gave me injection and prescriptions, they wheeled me all around the place, hardly had to wait. Everything was fast and efficient.
Total was under 3000baht. Definitely recommend this hospital for foreigners.

I had a very bad experience here coming for COVID test. I arrived at 3:55 pm and they don’t accept me saying that it closed at 4pm. It’s for my elderly Aunty who has mobility issue and asked us to go to Phayathai 2 instead which will take us another 45 mins waste of time waiting for taxi + taxi fare. My Aunty was so tired, upset and frustrated. Never use this service. Awful customer service although we met a lady with a tag saying customer service SENIOR officer. All she did was saying no instead of trying help us. From the mouth she said she wished she could help but that is not the case obviously!

Avoid if possible. The charges are unreasonable and unpredictable. They don't give prescription and force you to buy from their pharmacy. I was charged 5400b by the pharmacy for medicines and I declined to buy the medicine and asked for prescription and the pharmacist said hospital policy is you've to buy from their pharmacy and no prescription is given. I went to government hospital later and got a prescription and same medicines cost 2000b. The management are just interested in milking money and don't have a soul
