This hotel was the perfect place to stay before our early flight home the next day! We arrive around 7 pm and left the next morning at 530 so our stay was short but it was very comfortable. At check-in they provided us with coupons for the rooftop restaurant and bar, so we ate dinner there, and were impressed with the views and food alike! The room was a great size and the bed was plush and comfortable! It took us around 2 minutes to walk to the airport rail link, which made it super easy to get to the airport for our early flight! The ride to the airport on the rail link was 25 minutes. I would stay here over and over again if needing a place close with easy accessibility to and from the airport.

Lovely hotel with nice rooms and city views. The rooftop bar and the staff were great. Ae and Boy are especially great members of staff! They were extremely welcoming and attentive.
The breakfast selection was fantastic and the restaurant is situated on the Rooftop with a beautiful pool and view so it was a great way to start each morning.
We stayed for 6 nights as a family with a young child and enjoyed every moment there.
We met the owner and his daughter who were wonderful people, very generous and humble.
We will stay here again in the future, for sure and will recommend it to others!

The rooms are clean and have enough space to stay. Best of all, the bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. The bathroom is a good size. Visited for a drink at the rooftop bar, get a very good atmosphere, beautiful views, a variety of breakfasts. Excellent service from the staff. Overall, recommend to stay.

Good roof top swimming pool. The room was clear and comfortable bed. Not the best room views, I would expect some different.
The most of the staff don't speak English. Good option if you want to stay near the airport but not for visit temples or city centre.

Questionable cleanliness, bathrobes hung in different spots of the room (evidently no attention to detail made me questioned if the room was actually properly cleaned)

TV, room phone and air-condition were not functioning properly. the remote to the aircon had to be held near the door for any adjustments to be made though staff were friendly and prompt to response to the issue.

Personally feel that the above mentions should not have occurred being rated a 5 star hotel these are basic requirements that needed to be fulfilled, not to mention that the hotel limits the rooms water to 6 bottles a day when other hotels would have given unlimited bottles upon request.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. 3-4 at best. Very much style over substance. The room looks lovely! But very impractical. The toilet is next to the front door u0026 the bathroom the other end of the room. The shower/bath is a death trap, please be careful not to slip. I personally don’t like showers that are placed inside baths. The bed is very comfortable though!
Breakfast is extremely limited, probably the worst I’ve had from most hotels, especially one that considers itself as 5 star.
Staff are friendly enough, we were able to leave our bags in the hotel while we went out for the day before official check in. Although later when we came back to check in, there was no one to take our bags upstairs for us, they could’ve even left them in the room for us, small things that would be expected of a 5 star hotel.
The internet is terrible u0026 I’ve been using 4g instead! Cuts off every 5 minutesu0026 even when connected doesn’t work well
The pool is apparently closed the whole of our stay, but is tiny u0026 right in front of the bar seating so not somewhere I would want to swim anyway.
I personally wouldn’t stay here again, but it’s good value for a traveller on a budget

A very good hotel and the price I paid was very reasonable.

The room was spacious and had great amenities. The bed was particularly comfortable. The pool, restaurant and culinary library were highlights.

Service was very friendly and responsive.

The hotel is not close to the main area but it's very close to the train. If you want to be in an area that's close but not too close to the action then Akara is the way to go.
