Food quality was not bad for the cold section. The hot section looks unappetizing. Grilled chicken was dry. Most of the hot food section's were overcooked from being placed on the warmer for a long time.
Marble cake was really dry. Ice cream was good.

What I find the most appalling was, they only provide 1 bottle of drinking water per diner. If you need more water, you'd have to buy. They don't include drinking water. This is the first time I dine in a hotel restaurant that don't provide free flow water.

Throughout the time we were there, the staff were walking past us all the time but no one bothers to clear our plates.

While the staff are courteous, most of them don't understand English. Could've been a better experience.

Shockingly with poor quality food especially beef/lamb, pasta, cakes, and Sushi. Understandable with limited choices but please not with quality. Would not recommend during the pandemic from Covid-19’s.

Good place for various choices of food also good value of money spent (dinner buffet. With Kingpower member you can get another 30% discount.

Okay quality.
Overall seafood is a little better then the other sections.

The restaurant is very expensive for the quality of the food « à la carte ». Five years ago I had a better experience. This week I ordered a spaghetti which didn’t taste like a spaghetti (overloaded with grains of pepper) and Tiramisu which was not at all as Tiramisu (the mousse was hard and the whole had just one consistency, not at all as a true Italian dessert). Moreover this Pullman restaurant in the past had a perfect cheesecake which is no longer in the menu. I really miss it :( Love the hotel but the restaurant is not at the same level.

Great buffet. Book this online to qualify for discount. Cant remember if it is 30% or 50%. Wide variety of food. Seafood was fresh. Staff was excellent. Attentive and helpful. Nice place.
There a free tuk2 service to the hotel from mall next to Victory Monument BTS.
Everything was great. My only issue was the aircon while dining. It felt warm. Maybe because it is a smart green hotel, where the temperature is control.

The breakfast buffet is great, this I described in the Pullman King Power hotel Bangkok review.

I also had an a la carte dinner here. The food was good and probably the cheapest inside the hotel property.

As always the staff is friendly.
