The room were spectacular deal with the price.

I was provided this hotel for all of my Japanese friends as their looking for comfortable areas to access food and infrastructure close by local transportation and medium size of mall plus local restaurants.

Service staff always smiles and helpful to us.

Drop points. Entrance quite hard to release our vehicles in good shape as too high tight to get down in normal way of driving for sports car.

Love the rooms. Ladies at reception very friendly, English speaking. Either end of the ally where hotel is situated are good sites. Victoria shopping center is a must see - bargains and wide selection of food.

We booked via third party site and reached hotel so first impression looks kind of average,

Pros:
Rooms size is big
Co-operative and very helpful staff
Breakfast is nice
Food and market is very near
Location is near to everything like mall, train, restaurant etc.

Cons:
Room outside view is not good.

Really nice hotel. Great price for what you get. Clean room, comfy bed, spacious bathroom and friendly staff.

The staff is rude and the room is poor the bathroom is worse than anything else “need a huge upgrade” also there is no view and when I request a late check out they said that i already seen it but they don’t want to approve and charge me 200 bath per hours instead so i have to waste another 600 bath for the hotel

Very good hotel, stayed a couple of nights and it was great. The staff at reception are really lovely and they do their best to help you

Rooms are big and the price is right. However they are showing their age. The service wasn't always super dependable but they tried.
Location is ok, about 5 minutes walk to BTS.
