The hotel was quite dirty and old. Not all staff was friendly. Seeing the pictures we expected the place to be a lot nicer. we were quite disappointed. The sheets and towels we got were all dirty and the bathroom smelled horrendous. we didn't really feel comfortable in our room. I wouldn't reccomend this place. The location was nice though.

Worst of the worst hotel. Unfriendly female staff. Even though I made a reservation, they made me sleep in another cheap hotel 10 minutes away on foot, not Villa Cha Cha Hotel. Not recommended because you will.

I booked this place via agoda which had a mix up with my confirmation number. As a result, I didn’t have the confirmation number when I attempted to check in. However, I had my name and ID. When I went to check in there was nobody working the front desk, and the staff wouldn’t check me in. Later on I found out that they still charged me for the night and when I disputed the charge, they said I was a no show which was ridiculous. I’ve never had this experience before at a hotel. Given the number of hotels in Bangkok I would go with another option.

Been there for one week. Great customer service, most of the employees speak in English. My room was on the second floor and my window was literally on a side where in the road people cook night and day to sell the food the day after so it was quiet noisy. If you can, ask for a room with pool view as my friend was staying there and he said it was peaceful. Big room (I stayed in a double) , with air con and safe. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Very clean. Also, make sure to have 2000 bats to give on your arrival as deposit for your room (they give it back to you once you check out) in case of any damage created during your stay. If you don't want to leave money you can leave your passport. So I did. The bar behind the hotel is pretty good and cheap for drinks. Food is not so great. Go for street food.
