Nicest and welcoming staff in a beautiful hostel. I was only planning to stay one day but it's been nearly a week. So much love and kindness in one place. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's also close to all the action on Khaosan Rd. One of the best and relaxing hostels I've stayed at!

One of the best hostels I've been to in southeast Asia! The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Everything is very clean as well. The free breakfast is good and they offer free coffee and tea whenever you like. There's always someone to chat with in the lobby, dining/bar area, or smoking area outside. The beds are quite firm but I've slept very well on them. Less than a 5 minute walk to Khaosan road! Plenty of great places to eat nearby. Would definitely stay here again my next trip to Bangkok.

Great location and very clean. Rooms are so spacious which is a treat compared to some “shoeboxes” in the area. Second time staying here after three months. Although I did notice the breakfast doesn’t have any pieces of fruit anymore like it used to in May and the price has gone up even though it’s wet season.. minor things! You’re centrally placed here for anything you’ll want to do in Bangkok, but you’ll pay a bit higher for the above mentioned features.

We stayed in a air conditioned private full full bunkbed room for 800 baht. The staff is super friggin nice and helpful. Breakfast is free and they have a free 24 hour coffee and tea lounge with great wifi. And best of all the bathrooms were the cleanest of anywhere we have stayed. I give this two thumbs up for sure!

We are new to backpacking and have stayed at a couple of other Hostels since we arrived in Thailand three days ago, but none have been quite as generous or kind as the staff at The Alley have been. Firstly, let me say that the prices are fair for the room and board provided. The rooms themselves are clean and the A/C is a godsend to a midwesterner like myself. We rented the private room for 700 baht. Great deal considering being in the KSR area. The lobby is spacious with free breakfast in the morning and free coffee and tea all day and free WiFi. Let me get to it though, the staff is very, very kind and English comprehension is good. They offered us drinks upon arrival, after we checked out we had to wait all day for our bus to Chaing Mai that evening. They let us leave our packs with them while we made the 2 hr trek to the market (which they were kind enough to give us directions to) and even let us hang in the lobby until we had to depart 3+ hrs later. 5/5 would reccomend to anyone! Right next to other Hostel called Naptime. Make sure to make this the first stop for bu0026b!!!!

Hotel staffs were good. Unlimited coffee is there in the kitchen. Nicely decorated. Cleaned and hygienic place. Well maintained. Just 2lane behind the famous khao san road so location wise its good enough to stay. Beds were nice. Comfortable stay was there with amici miei.

Bessst hostel in Bangkok so far ????????????
Everything was so clean. Breakfast is amazing! Chose from menu they put on the resto but basically consist of most things you need! The manager lady is so kind and most of the staff even some have limited english but do their job very well. Bed is comfy, dorm is clean and comes with AC. They have hot water but sometimes you need to adjust the temperature as it get too hot and the only way to adjust it is by touch the machine itself which ia quite in high place for a short person like me lol. Near the Khao san road so it will be easy to find cheap and awesome food. Try the grilled pork near the market. It was awesome!
