There are things that I wish I had known before coming here. Maybe my info below will be helpful to others.
This restaurant consists of 3 floors. Reservations can be made for the first and second floors. To get a good table closest to the river, you have to make a reservation two weeks in advance. The view of the river is obstructed on these floors by a staircase and columns. A full food menu is available on these floors.
The third floor is on the rooftop. It has the best view by far, but you can’t make reservations so you should come early or wait for a good table to open up. Only drinks and snacks can be ordered on this floor. Note that drink prices are higher on this floor. For example, a bottle of Asahi was 170 baht on the first floor but 240 baht on the third floor.
I ordered a Long Island Iced Tea but didn’t taste any alcohol. Also, the picture of this drink in the menu made it look like a small pitcher, and it was 290 baht. However, when the drink arrived it was just in a regular glass. Still 290 baht on the bill.
