More good than bad, 3.5 stars. Great location near Wat Pho and Grand Palace. Amazing view. Great breakfast on the river, good rooftop for sunset drinks. Drinks and food options were just slightly more expensive than the neighboring rooftop places (of which there are many). Did not experience the 2nd floor restaurant but it looks nice.
The building has a 'style,' retrofitted industrial, which is not for everyone but we liked it. The waterfront is a bit grimey, as is the alley you go down to get to the front door. We experienced two rooms due to an AC issue, a suite and a more standard deluxe room, both river view. The suite was amazing and we wished we could have enjoyed it longer. The 'deluxe river view' was fine but did not live up to the price. They fixed the AC in the deluxe room and then moved us into it, but then the shower barely worked. Staff was great!
