The Dim-sum here was average. But what's very superb was the waiters hospitality. Parking is free if you are here for that. But the hotel is very accessible by mass transit or taxi for tourists.

Old refurbished hotel, very nice. Rooms are OK, free wi-fi inside. Location is more convenient for people looking after historic district. But Khao San is still just 4 minutes walking....

Used as AQ hotel , meals were poor quality and cold , room was large , but no balcony , although did have opening windows, would not recomend for long stay as AQ

Great friendly staff, 5 minute walk to Koasan Road. Room was amazing for 30$.

The place was clean and quiet, however the food portions were child-sized, and out of all the internet connections available, none were stable enough to maintain a connection when just trying to simply call family and friends.

*Side note, I think I speak for almost everyone when I say... people coming out of quarantine, reuniting with friends or family probably don't want those moments spoiled by having their pictures taken, right at that exact time.

Good god there’s little roaches everywhere!! And I have bugs phobia!! The staff tried to solve it i think idk if what they did was effective or not but they were nice. But niceness doesn’t solve the fear those roaches caused me. I felt like I’m on the edge of having a heart attack all the time while staying here. Edited: they had to give me a partial refund because they overcharged me for 7 days stay— they made me pay for 11 days but they promised to refund me the difference within 7days after I checked out. They took 3 weeks. And it was because i told them that i will take interests if they took any longer to refund. Just a horrible experience all round. Do not go here.

AVOID THIS HOTEL !

We spent 14 days in quarantine :

- no cleaning of the room during 14 days : they could clean while we go to the swimming pool area

- wifi connection is not working everytime : good luck if you are in quarantine !

- the room was dirty and missing product : insects in the kettle, no microwave

- no customer service : they laugh at your face when you ask something, you have to call several times the reception before they answer, you cannot contact an outside number through the reception

- they barely speak english : order meal or ask something is VERY difficult, sometime you get the wrong order

- they don't respect the diet of patients (diabetis) : meals with a lot of sugar, gluten and carbs

- you have to pay extra for the basics, even if you still in quarantine : water, paper towels etc

- the menu is not updated : no bottle of alcohol only ridiculous shots

Please, again, AVOID THIS HOTEL !
