Affordable for food and bed. Has shared rooms with shared bathroom and private rooms with private bathrooms. Housekeeping service is unreliable. The property provides bath towels and toilet paper; other amenities need to be purchased on your own. The reception area is often unattended. Depending on the room, you can hear the noisy neighbors.

Nice family run guest house. Rooms are basic, but big, clean and comfortable. They have a great restaurant, with a great selection of cheap Thai food on their menu. The staff are very polite and friendly. Ideal for budget travelers who would prefer to stay in a quiet neighborhood away from the Khao San rd.

The location is super convenient: there's a 7/11 right on the main road; it's close to a McDonald's u0026 the Democracy Monument bus stop (where you can catch buses to either airport); Khaosan Rd is just a few minutes walk away (so you can avoid the excess noise and ridiculous prices of hotels/hostels); and you can walk to a few landmarks within u003c20 minutes. The staff are very friendly and polite. The price of the meals and blended drinks are decent (cheaper than anything on Khaosan, but about the same as street food vendors outside). There aren't any toiletries so bring your own or buy some from the nearby 7/11. If you're not used to the heat of Thailand, you should check if they have A/C rooms available, otherwise you'll have to make do with a fan room.

We have been here around four times and the rooms have always been very clean. The rooms are quite big and have all the basic stuff. Also, the staff is friendly. The location is good: close to Khao San and closer to Democracy monument square, where you are more likely to take a taxi with taximeter or a tuk tuk with a reasonable price.
