Great value place. Room was clean, quiet, and dark at night. Nice options for breakfast, too - eggs any way or noodle soup. Minor negatives: receptionist when I arrived after 9pm wasn't too helpful or friendly, and a sign on each floor pointing out which direction to go for the different room numbers would save guests from unnecessarily wondering around. All in all, if it's in the location you want, this is a great place to stay on a budget.

Checked in hotel quick and smooth, took less than 3mins. However please keep in mind that this place is a little bit run down and stuck back at an alley. It can be dark and quiet at night and I will not recommend walking alone especially for women.Everything inside the room is old (fridge, table, cupboard) and the aircon does not work very well. It can get pretty warm inside the room and due to that me and my bf unable to have a good rest. The only thing that I find satisfied is surprisingly the clean toilet. Overall, I will not stay here again. Although it is cheap but I think there are more decent places with this price. Khao San area are pack with ***y ***y hostels that can offer better.

A tidy little hotel that perfect for short stays, when I stay there there are free morning coffee / tea, you can freely keep your bag in the front office, and even when you already checked out, you can use the sharing bathroom just near the receptionist

Great location, close to Khaosan Rd but without the overly loud music and shouting. No drunk or questionable people in the area. Guests are not allowed to bring prostitutes or sleep in the bed after tattoo or henna. This was great for my family. Safe and clean environment.The only downside is the air con. Even when it is turned to 16C, it's only cool where the AC is blowing. The rest of the room is still hot. Overall, enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Modern and clean rooms, staff are friendly and can order taxis for you to the airport or wherever you need to go. Air conditioning is decent. Towels and shampoo/shower gel provided. My room had a big fridge with 2 complimentary waters.

We could even keep our bags at the reception free of charge after we checked out. Walking distance approx 5min-10 to restaurants. You get breakfast vouchers for a very small breakfast which you choose off a menu each day. The room was good and fairly well maintained. Great start to our trip.

Friedly staff, Great Location close to khao San Road (5min walk) and very quiet. Room was cleaned everyday thoroughly and it was very quiet. We could store our luggage for free. I arrived midnight and the staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel owner doesn't speak English at all unfortunately.
