Had a beer outside and upstairs. Both areas, good service and bartender. Wish had better rum selection. Met nice people there. Band was awesome. Definately worth a visit while here.

Like in every big city in the world you have to checkout the Irish pub. Very nice place, I just took one star down for lack of Guinness. C'mon guys get the supply in!!

Nice Irish pub inside Khaosan road, a bit more madure place than the street bars.

Good live music.
Cover price is 200 and includes a drink
Service is good, I guess it might be better when isn't that late or busy

Good place for hang out and enjoy music. This bar is located in the center of Khaosan road, on the 2nd floor. There are live music ( 2 bands) every night which sing almost English songs. Music start from 9pm until midnight. Price already include tax and service fee, afforbable price compare another bars in same location

Stay away from Mulligans bar on Khao San Road. The staff was so rude and tried to ruin our awesome Bangkok experience. The lady bartender literally yelled at me for ordering an Old Fashioned. Oh boy, don't get me started on how she made the Old Fashioned. Whiskey, water and sugar. An Old Fashioned, ladies and gentleman. It might help to take drinks off the menu that the staff can't make.

Regardless, I ordered a beer to wash down the travesty they call an Old Fashioned and remained kind and polite. I thanked her before I left. She just nodded her head without looking at me. I went to another bar on Khao San Road with much much kinder, friendlier and just all around better staff. My Bangkok experience was shining again.

Edit: I was there on 21st June 2022 around 1930hrs. I was sitting at the outside bar counter facing the street. Right opposite us was a club playing loud EDM music. The name of the club was Khok Wua Khaosan. It was raining heavily and slowed down to a light rain when I got to Mulligans. There absolutely was a female staff behind the bar serving us. She referred to an exercise book behind the bar which I presume has the recipes for cocktails written down. She went inside the building for a bit after my order and came back out with a new bottle of whiskey to make the "Old Fashioned".

Edit 2: Apparently the "owner" is claiming to dispute my review due to defamation being illegal in Thailand. Do you know what else should be illegal in Thailand? Lying! Lying should be illegal in Thailand as well. I provided the name of the place, exact description of the location as well as the date and time I was there. My review stands and I will not take it down. I have seen several other reviews about this place as well and it corroborates my bad and terrible experience. I hope my review helps others make a better decision when visiting Khao San Road :)
