For 200 baht this gym is a joke. No squat rack, no cables, no free weight leg press, 1 bar for bench press. What am I paying for, air conditioning? It's certainly not for service because the staff are cold and unfriendly. The dusty outdated machines are a pain to use. The only good thing I can say about this gym is that is has two steam rooms available to use, inclusive of the price. That's why it gets 3 stars.

I hardly write reviews, but I must warn my fellow gym users. If you're in the Khaosan area do yourself a favor and get a grab somewhere else.

200 baht one-day admission fee and this gym didn't even have a squat rack.... The staff were unfriendly, the equipment was old and way outdated, there were way too few weights for the amount of people and to top it all off they didn't have cables for peck flies, etc... If you are in the Khaosan road area I would much rather get a grab taxi to a better, more professional gym somewhere else in the city. Really bad gym this.

gym is equipped below average. there's one shower in the restrooms. 200B for a single entry. It is convenient when you're already in the area but I wouldn't recommend it elsewise.

If its for a couple of work out sessions while ur traveling its fine. But for longer stay i would find another one! Its just to small and dosent have a varity of machines or weights
