This "3 stars" hotel is worse than the worse dirty youth hostel I ve ever been. The receptionist was very unkind, they seemed they didnt want us to stay there. The elevator smelled like vomit. There was no window in the room, the wall painting was almost gone. The sheets were on the reversed side upside down, like it was already used before us and the litery was dirty.
After check out we wanted to go eating and they didnt want us to leave our luggage at the reception during this time.
It was our last hotel in Thailand but it was the first time I had to leave a bad review.

Awfull !!!! Been travelling many times all over of Asia and i have never experienced something so bad .
The state of the room was disgusting, towels.with strains, no AC , no wifi in the rooms , only at the reception!! Agoda should double check before they advertise such a horrible place.
No one at the recption , except this young girl whom couldn't speak english so she had to call someone.
Seriouslyif you do wish to stay somewhere plaisant do not go there!!!.

I stayed two nights here. Equipped with modern amenities, the rooms are clean and orderly though not spacious. Rooms do not have good views of the city. Staff is very gracious, friendly and helpful. In-house spa is cozy indeed. This hotel is really good value for money.????

Nice place for us. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Sure there are cheaper places if you are looking for the backpacker type of establishments that provide shared dorm rooms. The receptionist began yelling at us claiming we now needed to pay for an extra person for the night.

What a fantastic stay all because of Ms Lucky who treated me like her own Son. Great stay right in the middle of Khaosan Street. Ultra Clean, Spacious room, cleaning on demand at any time. This trip was memorable because of Ms. Lucky and the hotel staff.

We stayed here for a few nights as the location was pretty handy. The rooms are clean and it seems they have been renovated not too long ago. The price of the hotel is surprisingly reasonable given the quality of the accommodations here. Very comfortable and I would highly recommend.

From my experience the staff are super friendly and will do anything to help you. We had to use the back entrance which was tiresome as vehicles could not ply thereHotel is neat u0026 clean, very basic. As the hotel is located directly off Khaosan road, you can hear the noise from the street at night in your room.
