Most of the shops are closed in mall. It is very quiet and lack of flow in people. Few jewelry, art, decoration and cafe are found. It looks like a mall in golden period in 1980. It is next to many 5 stars hotel and famous tourist attractions.

TLDR: Only if you are going to a specific place there. 4 floors, no elevators, place is dead. Many empty or closed shops. Saw maybe 1 other person who didn't work there in the 45 minutes I was there.
