Location, hospitality, design all top notch and not a single detail left unturned. Stayed here for 4 days in adjoining rooms. Great property in prime location, walkable to two major station and great shopping and food. The hotel design is stunning, ornate yet understated luxury at every turn. I loved all the details in the french oak throughout. The staff was all so lovely and attentive. Breakfast was amazing! Such good food while being really relaxed. Highly recommend for a fantastic experience that isn’t stuffy but very luxurious.

From the moment we got here, we felt fully relaxed and calm throughout our stay. The staff here is exceptional from whisking our bags away to our room, to the concierge walking us up to reception to check in, to the nice purple refreshing drink to keep us hydrated while waiting for the room and finally being escorted to our upgraded room as a thank you for being a diamond member.

Regardless of our Hilton status, we were treated with great care with the staff having a crazy level of attention of detail. It’s the little things that count like having extra water after seeing we were low for the next turndown service (Bangkok was hot!), asking if we needed a car (for the day and airport), and even having our breakfast suggestions from the day before. The bacon is perhaps the best bacon I have ever had so whoever made it, thank you!

Room service was awesome! And on the last day, we went to the spa. Go for it. We got the Waldorf massage for both of us and my girlfriend is still talking about it.

Great weekend! Awesome stay! Will be back in the future! Thank you ????

Amazing hotel!!
From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, the staff was extremely welcoming and respectful.
Our concierge Ron was the best concierge we’ve had in a hotel ( and we’ve been in quite a few). He was extremely kind and helpful.
The hotel facilities are also great, the room was very well equipped and luxurious but not ostentatious.
The breakfast was on another level. It’s a fine dining worthy restaurant from the delicious mango to the caviar eggs Benedict and the gourmand smoothies!
The room service food is also exceptional, I highly recommend the pad Thai and the mango sticky rice.
I highly recommend this hotel and hope you’re lucky enough to have Mr. Ron assist you.
We’ll be back soon.

Amazing views and a special experience. The Waldorf is known for luxury and they did not disappoint. The rooms are immaculate with amazing amenities including bidet toilet seats, powered blinds, TVs built into the bathroom mirrors and luxurious stone and wood work throughout. They also went out of their way to make our honeymoon special with a custom happy honeymoon pastry left in our room which was amazing after an almost 30 hour travel day from the United States. Of special note is the breakfast buffet at the Brasserie. The Thai eggs and truffle eggs were both to die for and the service was amazing especially the restaurant manager who checked on us every morning and had great recommendations not only for Bangkok but Chiang Mai as well.

Traveling for over 30 years worldwide, only a very small number of hotels stand out as the best. I had the opportunity to stay at the Waldorf for about 3 weeks in July '22. Enough time to really know what type of a hotel it would be. It was exceptional. I'd have a hard time finding a better hotel in the world that takes care of their customers as well as Waldorf Astoria Bangkok. The room was very comfortable and well maintained throughout the stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, safe and easy to navigate Bangkok with its walking distance to the train system as well as multiple high end shopping malls. I also had the opportunity to use their gym, spa and pool area daily. All were exceptional. The restaurant for breakfast was also the gold standard for quality and service. The selections are plenty, quality of food superb, but the customer service was over the top. The team at Waldorf are the best in the industry. I’ve never been to a hotel anywhere where I felt as taken care of as I did at this hotel. It was perfect. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely welcome the opportunity to stay there again in the future.

A couple of tips:
1. The hotel has a wonderful Car Service to and from the airport you can schedule. Email the hotel to have this setup in advance.
2. There is an Uber type car service in Bangkok called "Grab" (highly recommend). Each morning the downstairs lobby hotel staff made sure the car was there before we stepped out, so we could relax in the lobby while we waited.
3. There is an ATM at the hotel for your convenience.
4. Email the hotel in advance if you have any special requests. I had a few and the hotel was able to accommodate my requests which made the stay a more comfortable one.

My boyfriend and I had an incredible stay!! I don’t know how anyone could give this hotel less than 5 stars. The service and staff were impeccable. The food was very good, especially breakfast. Maseng was our personal concierge and was very helpful and kind. They even brought us several treats for our anniversary.

The only bummer is we visited during the Thai holiday and could not enjoy the rooftop bar (restaurants and bars were not allowed to service alcohol) but the pool was beautiful.
Can’t wait to come back.

8 nights stay here I got the BEST hotel service among this price range. They always read your mind and serve before you even ask for. They will make sure you will be satisfied during your stay. Personally, I don’t really quite like the interior design much but their services win my heart. The breakfast is amazingly high quality serves from 6:30-11:00am.( 6:30am.-12:00pm. on the weekend ) Regardless, I will definitely come back here again.
