Delightful hotel, centrally located, friendly staff, very reasonable prices and absolutely yummy food!! The newish GM needs a lot of kudos for this!!

Only reason for holding back a bit is the state of the rooms - needs a total renovation! What did work a few decades ago, is fast aging and in need of constant repair.
I hear plans are afoot for a complete restoration. Let’s hope this happens although I expect that room rate will rise quite a bit.

a beautiful institution. had a fantastic stay and will def be coming back. amazing morning breakfast (just recommend them getting a proper espresso machine with proper coffee beans). room was nice. staff was excellent. concierge was a legend.

Beautiful hotel! However, I wish I had more time to explore and embrace the vibe of my stay. I stayed at this property for 3 nights, and everything was so amazing! Their food is to die for and their afternoon tea is beautiful.
Cant wait to be back soon!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. All the hotel staff are very friendly and service is exceptional. We truly enjoyed the Thai hospitality.

Location is decent as well. There is a BTS station just beside the entrance and it is within walkable distance to shopping malls.

Although we encountered problems with our room during our stay, I emailed them regarding my feedback and service recovery was great.

Outstanding service and cosy classic ambiance. We stay here 5 days, able to check-in early on the first day and also late check-out on the last day, everything was perfect and enjoy every minute here. We’re feeling very comfortable, get great service and attention. Staffs are very friendly and polite. We definitely come back.

We spent our 10 year anniversary here. Great hotel, super friendly staff and probably the most incredible breakfast I had for a long time.
We’re happy to spend some nights next time we’re on Bangkok.
