Overall the experience is really good. Refitting and sizing is done very accurately and fast. Price is also affordable. Good place to get tailored suit compared to other places

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, fluent in English and very patient to listen to my requests! Very fast in producing the outfit as well, went with my colleagues and we both enjoyed the experience!

Long story short: We got fantastic service and more important a gorgeous suit for our wedding.
We went to MBK to find a great tailor who will make my dream suit. We saw a small shop with really nice suits on the front; the tailor Marcus suggests to make me high quality three pieces suit. We chose a model from a catalog, and we received very reasonable and good quote for the suit. We told Marcus that we need the suit within 24 hours and we can't pick it up from the store. He promised to deliver the suit to the hotel on time.
At the same evening, Marcus came to the hotel with the suit to take final measurements, he was super kind (as usual), and professional.
After less than 24 hours we got the suit. It was just amazing, not less than perfect!!

We were amazed; we never got that kind of service. Marcus and his crew are ARTISTS that can fit a fantastic suit for any occasion.
We highly recommend making your dream suit at MBK TAILOR!

Great service by Marcus. He offered a very low price for my 2 suits and 3 shirts. All the staffs are very humble and helpful for any of your request. I can even bargain for a cheaper price which I obviously couldn’t get the same in Malaysia.

The end products were great though only completed within 48 hrs.

I requested a custom design with a difficult super slim fitting, this made a lot of difficulties, and the end result is really good,, even after several trials and modifications. However I believe they are very determined to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, and if you order a normal design your product will be just fine.
They speak very well English and are very friendly. great tailor for tourists.

I bought a couple of ties here and both are falling apart after a couple of wears. All the suit shops in MBK carry the same stock and are centrally owned. I'd recommend going elsewhere.
