Ordered NZ beef steak, but it was out of order so instead i got the pork steak. A lot of the meals on the menu-card weren't available, which is a bit disappointing.

When I got the pork steak the gravy sauce was completely cold, which was a very bad experience. Gravy sauce to a steak and fries should be hot! The fries however were fine, but all in all i am disappointed and don't think it's a good place to order dinner...

Coffee is pretty good but the place has no real identity. Boring, slow, bordering-on-rude service. Pretty sad, even by cafe-in-a-mall standards. The only positive was the alphabet cookies they provide your drinks. Avoid.

This is our favorite Black Canyon outlet. Food is always warm u0026 fresh. People always wear beautiful smile and one of the person (I believe manager) has the most beautiful smile. Well, i was here to review food but whatever makes you happy.

45 minutes to get fried rice and when it turned up it was luke like warm. Another 10 minutes after that to get the omelette. There were a few people getting coffee. Didn't appear to be many getting food. No idea why it took so long. The staff were ok. I felt sorry for them. Just took forever.
