This is a good hotel to stay at, the front desk is professional, and even other parts of hotel administration are good. The English is fair but they do their best to ensure that you have been served well. The swimming pool is good, the gym is equipped and the rooms are cleaned every single day. I like their restaurant food, it is really tasty. Honestly stay at this hotel if you are visiting Thailand.

Pick up from Airport worked perfectly.
Hotel is located in a very good location.
Check in was very quick, staff at front desk was very friendly. My room was very decent, daily cleaning without any issues.
Breakfast is nice, staff is very friendly and willing to help.
Food range is very good.
I’ve used the pool and the gym also here all good.

Great central location. Nice hotel, excellent breakfast. Rooms are spacious (we stayed at the apartment building). Bathroom doors are weirdly designed, sometimes hard to open/close or lock. but overall good experience and well worth the cost.
Rooms have laundry machines but sadly we had lots of trouble finding one that works. The staff was very friendly and moved us but it took 3 moves to finally get a machine that worked.

the biggest advantage of this place is that this place has washing machine in each room. it was quite convenient for us, since we stopped by at this place for 2days before heading back home after visiting Krabi for several days and we tried to bring as little clothes as possible for our trip, we really needed washing machine and Aetas residence really did help us with that issue by providing washing machine. I liked the location as well. ***y restaurent and massage places were not very far from the hotel. the down side is that this place has really uncomfortable pillow. me and my wife had really good sleep at the resort in Krabi, but we wake up several times because of the pillow while we stayed at Aetas. its too high and bouncy. I recommend this place for business trip.

The hotel staff on duty on 9th February morning made me sleep in the lobby for 2 hrs just because I arrived at 6.30am but my early check in at 9am. He idiotly asked me to pay the full published rate of 6300 THB a night though my online booking rate is just 2000 bahts and I already paid for that!! In any cases, my room keybis is ready, but the staff seems hijacking my room and ask for more money, I doubt if this is hotel management decision or this staff just want to abuse his authority. In any cases this time my experience with this hotel is very unpleasant!!!

They didn't have twin rooms left even though we had booked. Took 20 mins for them to put an extra bed which made the room super squashy. Washing machine had a label saying only took a specific brand of detergent but they hotel didn't sell it so it was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise good staff and decent location.
