Conrad Bangkok has to be one of my favourite hotels in Thailand. Stayed for 2 nights in May. It coincided with the visit of the Japanese prime minister so there was tightened security. Thankfully I booked an executive room hence most of my time was spent in the wonderful executive lounge. Check in was an hour late but I was granted a late checkout. The lounge service was impeccable and the food was absolutely amazing. My favourite meal was breakfast and evening cocktails. Would be good if they can list out the cocktails available on a menu rather than telling you in person. Even though the lounge was packed sometimes, they had sufficient staff to serve everyone. The rooms were huge and nicely refurbished. The bathroom uses byredo brand amenities which smells really amazing. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Will 100% stay here again. The hotel was amazing, the rooms modern and clean. The staff always had a smile on their face, happy to help with any issues that I encountered. The pool was a decent size and the gym was well equipped. The food and drinks were a tad pricey compared to other places, but they tasted amazing. Will deffs be back!

Our stay at Conrad Bangkok was an incredible time! The hotel is located conveniently very close to a BTS sky rail access which gets you all around the city for just a few bahts a day. Breakfast was the highlight of most of our days in the city offered complimentary at the hotel restaurant with a vast selection of food and drink. The hotel is connected to an indoor mall which along with restaurants and shops puts you incredible close to an affordable little grocery store tops which can cover snacks or other small items you may need for a good price. The staff was always so helpful and able to ensure we had the best possible stay we were able. Lastly the fitness center is very well equipped with very nearly anything you would need to get whatever workout you require (excluding resistance bands)

We enjoyed a great stay in the Conrad Bangkok hotel. All employees we met were extremely friendly and helpful. Room and Executive Lounge is amazing u0026 the food is great as well.
What we really liked is that there are many restaurants within a couple of minutes walking or taxi distance.
Fun Fact: we absolutely loved the care products in our room - Mojave Ghost by Byredo!
Thank you for making our stay memorable u0026 we'll be back surely.

Really nice hotel at a bit of a higher price point than many other local hotels. Great service and centrally located. There is a 24 hour 7/11 through the attached mall for food and necessities at any hour. The sauna is nice but closes at 10 pm. The gym isn't special compared to commercial gyms but compared to other hotel gyms it is fantastic.

I loved my stay here! The Conrad is a beautiful hotel with updates rooms u0026 amenities. The staff is extremely helpful u0026 friendly and really helped make this stay great.

The breakfast is excellent, the pool is beautiful, and the general atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and warm. My only complaint is location- however the hotel provides a free shuttle to the nearby BTS station, and it’s never too difficult to get a grab or flag a taxi.

We are traveling with our kids with 2 rooms. A beautiful hotel and very good quality rooms and bedding. Good food at the in room dining service but very high prices as to be expected on these type of hotels. Service was fair, pool drinks were awful that we return them without drinking them, we noticed others did the same, didn't drink them. The fitness center is good and the pool was nice with a great kids area.
Walking distance to the US embassy and other near restaurants. Hotel staff is a bit rude and snobby. With the exception of the breakfast staff who were very polite and helpful. We were told we could not eat our takeaway food in the sitting area of the lobby after we were half finished. They wanted us to eat in a remote area in another level, when we were looking to just get out of the room why our kids napped. The manager was instant on it and wasted enough time discussing It that the food was cold by the end of the conversation.
Valet told me he'd get our vehicle cleaned for us and at 10am the next day, when I collected it at 2pm it was not cleaned and he acted as if he never told me he'd get it done for me. Checkout had no staff while 3 guests waited only as to look at two staff standing near by not doing anything. Once the lady arrived to assist in our checkout she seemed very unknowledgeable and I had to ask a lot of questions about the bills vs her just explaining it to me. She handed me the bill and said here. When I asked questions about the refund of the 10,000 deposit she seemed confused and a bit rude and snobby. Not nice experience.
