Super awesome staff here. I felt very comfortable at both bars - lobby lounge and time out pool bar. The waiters/waitresses were wonderful. My room was good. We upgraded to an Executive Suite with Club benefits which was also very lovely. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were good. Adi a concierge speaks great English. Welcome drink was non-alcoholic. Rooms are huge. The spa is very expensive but you can get the same services for much cheaper on the street. Pool is nice but I haven't gone in. Breakfast is fantastic.

Nice hotel in main business area near all season and wireless road. The room that I was given was big with plenty of space. The view was nice too. The bath tub was a bit high to climb in for shower and I wonder it will be hard for some people to even shower. Aircon in my room seem only work on and off and I cannot adjust temperature even the number will go up and down. In room phone show my name which a bit not very comfortable if one is concern with privacy. Room cleaning was clean and good. Check in and out was fast and there is luggage storage.

The fitness center is decent with good modern machine and dumbbell. It also include sauna even I did not try it.

Was upgraded to a suite here and I have no complaints. The pool is a decent size but was a bit cool. The drinks on the first floor bar were a little heavy handed and I might have stuck with beer if I had known.

Ordered the room service calamari and the tuna salad both were excellent!! The service was very attentive and helpful.

Bed was very comfortable, and the room amenities were very very nice. I wish the air conditioning had been a little stronger or more dehumidifying.

Rooms are clean, bed comfortable and staff is very nice. Decent for what you pay. We got an upgrade as the staff was very attentive to us. Breakfast buffet was not worth it: 15$/p, for what you pay, doesn't compare to other hotels. Juice is not fresh squeezed, but rather fountain in a machine (orange and apple), only tea and coffee included, no specialty coffees. The food is luke warm/cold as the trays are kept open to display food. Not sure about location if you are looking to walk, but close to train station.

This is an outstanding hotel! The rooms are luxurious and clean, the breakfast is good with much to choose from. The swimming pool has a nice atmosphere and was not too crowded. What I like most, however, is the staff. They are all very kind, curteous and try to anticipate what the customer would like.

Exceptional staff. Great restaurant and lobby coffee shop. Clean, quiet and comfortable room. It was much larger than I expected. I arrived early after an overnight flight and they managed to get me into a room earlier than normal. I was allowed to go to the gym to get a short workout and shower—the latter being a very welcome extra after 24 hours in the same clothes. They also arranged an amazing massage in their spa—the best I have had in ages. The bell staff, concierge, and front desk helped with many questions. They also remembered me and greeted me with a smile and an offer to help each time I saw them. The breakfast had a wide variety of western, Thai and other Asian foods. The cook to order breakfast chef was not only excellent, but also quick. All in all, an exceptional place to stay to start my vacation. I would absolutely stay at the Aetas when I return.
