This temple has long time history at latest since the Ayuddhaya era. One of the proof of such long history is that you can find at the ordination hall. From the balance between its height and width of building, this tall and narrow width hall is classical style, as I heard from Buddhist monk to visit with. Absolutely beautiful old temple on Koh Kred. Next to my house in Thailand. Many cousins, Aunts and Uncles on my wifes side help to maintain the Temple and gardens. I have been to many special Buddhist celebrations, weddings and funerals at this Temple over the years and it amazes me how it is always in pristine condition.
It's worth a visit and prayer if you go inside.
