Rubbish - subpar in every aspect. The water heater doesn't work. The water barely runs. The toilet is on it's way to give up. No closet. Wifi doesn't work. There's almost no one here and they still give us the room at the very end of the resort that needs a long walk. Can't rate the service because there isn't any. For a standard room at 1400B without breakfast you have many other choices, look elsewhere.

The hotel is nice affordable and got all basic facilities although there's no sea view but close to the beach by 10m

Very bad services. The heater machine for water didn't work, no towels in bathroom,shower is broken, when we asked for towels staff give us an excuses instead of apologize....I am Thai lady visit Smed island first time with my family...its a shame and embarrassing to bring my family from overseas to the dirty island and poor service places...I am definitely not coming back to smed island and I will tell all my friends how bad seabreeze hotel services was.

Accommodation on the island is expensive, however for a few dollars extra you can get something a lot nicer! Romantic weekend was destroyed because they over booked and put us in a shared room. We approached them but they did not care. A rude place that is more like an overpriced backpackers!

Friendly staff but the rooms are over priced with no ocean views. The bathrooms are poorly designed, just a small room with a hot shower over the toilet. The bathroom was infested with black flies and mosquitos. Bed was big and firm, with nice bedding. Room had a wall mounted tv which was nice. No closet and very limited storage for clothes and personal items.

When we went there, the reception was extremely rude towards us, (hanging up on us twice when we were speaking on the phone with them and when we were asking for directions and cost of entering the national park and saying "it's not their problem" and when we asked for the receptionist name the staff lied and said they don't know her name- even though they are colleagues - said that they were too busy to talk to us and hung up on us again *sigh*) and started screaming at us when we decided that we wanted a refund and that we did not want to stay there as the staff had made it unpleasant. When we told them to calm down we were met with them saying that they do not speak English.... which was very ironic as they could shout at us in English apparently. However, we did get a room for 500 baht per night and maybe if we paid more we would have been met with a better reception but I certainly doubt it. We did not manage to get any of our money back at all and proceeded to stay at another hotel as the people there are absolutely bonkers.

Good deal of you are on budget. It's beach front but not beach front. Check room before agreeing with rate. Can be cheeky. House keeping staff are friendly. Okay value of you let go expectations.
