On holidays visiting Phuket. I’ve been wanting to train here for many years after friends did a training retreat at Unit-27.
I’ve done the morning sessions that start at 8am . After going through the exercises, you choose your own weights and work to your own ability. There is a full range of fitness attendees - from ultra fit to beginners, but everyone is friendly and make you feel welcome.
I haven’t finished in the 30 minute time cap yet, but I have two sessions to go, and that’s my aim! ????
Plenty of scooter parking, and heaps of car parking opposite the gym.
Can’t go wrong. You’ll love it! I’am so glad that I did. ????
