Nice clean room with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, big TV, wifi. Comfy bed, good view. You can sit out on the balcony a d enjoy your meals, can see the big buddha from the balcony. Good location on soi taead for the gyms

I stayed here for 2 weeks and I loved it. Since I trained in Chalong for 3 months I stayed at different hotels and this one was by far the best. Highly recommend this place.

The rooms are beautiful and we'll equipped with a microwave, toaster and water cooker. Also there are dishes and cutlery.

The beds are huge and comfy. The aircon is powerful yet silent.

The room offers a balcony to the back. That was great since you could leave the curtains open at all time. In all the other places on the soi I stayed at you always had to keep the curtains closed because of people walking by your window. That bothered me because that made the rooms so dark and felt like living in a cave. At Ra Residences that is not the case which I loved.

The room is basic but modern and clean, tile floor throughout, with wifi and a TV, and plenty of sockets. There's reverse cycle AC and a fan as well for comfort. Bed was comfortable to sleep on and the linen was changed regularly. Views of the mountain were great to sit out and eat breakfast on the small balcony. Mountain view room will be quieter at night as its on the back of the building facing away from the street. The room has some basic cutlery and a microwave, fridge and kettle so you can fix noodles or simple snacks yourself. Located right in the heart of the boxing street so theres plenty within walking distance, two family marts in easy reach and 15 minutes by scooter to the weekend night markets. The entrance to the building is secure with a keypad, and although there's "no parking" you can put a scooter on the front porch of the building off the street. The cafe in the next building does a good coffee too.
I had a problem with the water going off for a few hours but called the owners and they brought some water to flush the toilet and the pumps for the building were working the next morning.
If you're looking for a cheap and cheerful place to stay this is a great option. I'd stay here again for sure.

Room is big enough.
Air conditioner is working.
Microwave/toaster in room.
10 minutes from ships to dive spots.
All is great, after all.

This place would be fine if it wasn’t above a restaurant that brings in a dj and blasts music til late on the weekends. Fat chance getting a night’s rest with this noise! If you are here to train, I’d recommend elsewhere because this Bite Bistro restaurant downstairs is the loudest/worst spot on the entire street.

The space was perfect for long term stays, the rooms were clean, comfy, tastefully decorated and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.
