Stayed here for 1 week during my fitness retreat at chalong. This is definitely one of the newest hotels on this street. 7 stories of new building, all clean and new. It also has an infinity pool right on the rooftop that gives you a great view of the whole area and the mountain with the famous buddha statue right on the summit.

I booked the 999 suites for 3 months. Really is the best suite available on this hotel. Very large suite with more than 150m space. Reception are nice. People working in this hotel are nice. And great location in soi Ta iad

Amazing staff and hotel.

We recently travelled from Ireland under the Phuket Sandbox scheme. We had a mandatory two week stay at the Blue Hotel. Our flight was delayed by 6 hours and we had a hotel transfer organised, the staff were completely understanding and rearranged our transfer at no extra cost. When we arrived at the hotel they were really clear and helpful on the quarantine rules and made us feel very welcome. Whilst we were here, Covid testing rules changed and the staff helped us get a refund on our third test. We had originally planned to stay for two weeks but extended our stay to four weeks after only a few days here. Som the manager of the hotel helped us upgrade our room and gave us a great price too. Throughout our whole stay, the staff and in particular Som made us feel so welcome. The hotels location is perfect if you are looking to train, it’s very close to all the main fitness places: Tiger, Unit, Titan. The gym at the hotel just had cardio machines so it’s not really for avid gym goers. The rooms are really well maintained and cleaned everyday. Our room had a smart tv and a good WiFi signal. We were located in the newer of the two buildings. They run a daily laundry service for a reasonable price too. The rooftop pool is very clean and nice to chill at after training. We didn’t use the hotel’s restaurant facilities as there is loads of local food places and health restaurants nearby. We are already planning a return stay at the Blue Hotel. Disliked:
• More sun loungers on the rooftop pool.
• The smart tv has applications like YouTube and Spotify but no Amazon Prime or Netflix installed.

Warning for this hotel! Booked the hotel as what seemed liked an attractive SHA+ alternative fulfilling the requirements set out by Thailand government during corona times. Everything seemed fine until we've made the payment. All of a sudden the hotel stops replying to e-mails regarding important questions as regards to restrictions etc. Today received a decline on our Thailand Pass, with the explanation from the government portal that the hotel declined the booking. Immediately tried to reach the hotel to ask for an explanation what has happened and to claim a refund, so far haven't heard back from them. As we're unable to change hotel with short notice or do a reapplication on the Thailand Pass with such short notice we will now miss out on our trip. Conclusion is: do not book during Covid-times as you risk missing out on your holiday due to the hotel not coming back to you as soon as you've paid OR by them declining or not responding fast enough to the Thailand Pass application from the government.

9 days stay and couldn’t be more happy with this Hotel. View from the roof top pool is beautiful. Rooms are modern and the bed was soft which isn’t the case at most Thai hotels. Staff were great, especially Som she’s a real asset to the company.

Best hotel on the street- rooftop pool and beautiful view.
Great service, friendly staff, clean modern rooms.
Close to great restaurants and gyms.
Highly recommended!

The Blue Hotel, I stayed at blue a while back when it was just one black of rooms, I gently just came back and now they have another block of rooms as well meaning business is good and lots of visitors to it, which isn't a bad thing,

Any Blue Hotel set on the famous Soi Ta-iad Road which is the main fitness street in the whole of Phuket famous for Tiger Muay Thai 100M away and Unit 27 75m away, this Hotel is really good for elations and price,

The rooms are quaint and ample of room for your clothes and bag, The balconies are big if you choose a room with one,

There is all the usual amenities Tv, coffee/tea etc and big tv and bed with lots of channels on

The wifi is ok with the amount of people staying there at times I would say the bandwidth does get stretched, .

There is a elevator also stairs in both of the 2 blocks,

So 1 block has a nice seating area on the roof and the other have a gorgeous big infinity pool looking out over Chalong and towards the Big Buddha, which is something to see as it is stunning, in the evening.

There is room service also the sections ladies are very helpful land speak multiple languages , Nothing is to hard to sort out.

It is a really great hotel one of the newer ones on the strip. and in a prime locations .
