A very good hotel, I stayed here for 10 days and was very pleased. The rooms are large, bright and those on the ground floor have a direct exit to the pool. the food is very tasty and fresh. The children were satisfied. Staff is friendly and tbey have o good massage salon. I will definitely come back especially since they have low prices

We travelled with our 3 kids and they throughly enjoy their stay!!

Good peaceful environment,
Spacious and clean rooms,
Nice simple clean pool,
Spacious toilet
Homely feeling
Friendly receptionist
Good overall service

We left our daughter's birthday present behind and they kindly helped us send it back to Singapore!! Good customer service rarely found nowadays!

Some Area for improvement
- toilet rolls holder so it does not get wet
- shower curtain so that the kids do not make the whole toilet wet..

Lovely hotel. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Close to snorkeling beach. Welcome drinks included and breakfast. Stunning pool area. I would go back.

So far great check-in experience, very friendly and helpful staff, prices are very reasonable and quality of rooms and good is excellent.
Bar seemed to shut at 10pm most nights, staff in restaurant were kind enough to offer room service when my better half was ill during one of our days.
Unfortunately when I asked for the room to be cleaned they did not change sheets just tucked them in and set the bed which was a surprise compared to British establishments I've stayed at that would have stripped and made it with clean linen (noticed as reason I asked was due to their being sand in the bed after being stuck to feet when walking back to bed from shower, as this was still present the next night, also fresh glasses etc were not provided just washed in the sink and replaced).
Water in some rooms was always cold to warm at best (as was with ours) so couldn't have a comfortable shower but friends staying had no issue with getting hot shower.
Air con units were rather noisy but rotating through fans to figure out which was the issue and using another allowed for a better nights sleep.
Wifi was spotty at best and for 3/4 of our stay was useless to even try and load a web page or two let alone do anything significant.

Still even with these minor issues the stay was great and would still visit again but would certainly ask for change in room if issues were present again.

This hotel is awesome!!!!! Secluded, quiet resort with friendly staff. A two minutes walk from the beach and a 5 min scooter ride from town. By far the best hotel I have stayed in in Thailand. Big time resort quality, but at a fraction of the price

Easily the best resort I've stayed at. The staff is extremely friendly and talks to my 2 year old son in Thai to help him stay current. The prices are very reasonable and the rooms very spacious. Our trip to Phuket has been delightful, even travelling there with my elderly parents. It's nice enough that one doesn't have to leave the resort, although it is still quite an adventurous hike to climb up the mountain from the beach to the windmill where this resort gains it's name. I give this a five by five review.

Fantastic hotel with a very beautiful walk on swimming pool. The studios on the ground floor next to the pool are spacious, beautifully decked up and an absolute value for money.
Very courteous staff and excellent food as well.
Location is perfect for anyone who wishes a quiet relaxed holiday with family away from the bustle of the city.
Cycles available at the hotel for a ride down to the beach.
A 7-11 kind of store available about 500.metres down the road (only place close by to get cigarettes or your own bottle of liquor)
Hotel also has a bar which isnt very expenaive and a v cheerful and polite bar tender.
