Great location and very friendly staff, and there are many of them. The building is on side of a hill towards the sea and the view is amazing.

The rooms are bigg enough, functional, luxious for the stay. The view is here also awesome. Bathroom is very modern. Everything was perfect except for the toilet-door, due to a ventilayion-draft it wouldn't close.

Breakfast is perfect. A variarity of meat, fish, etc. will provide you more than enough energy for the holiday!

Pool is rather small, but the beach is a few meters away.

The bar is amazing, a good choise of cocktails. Although the service might be slow...

To conclude : I would defenitly come back here!

We were 11 guests that arrived for 5 days. The reception staff are perfect. The wifi is extremely bad. The breakfast buffet is great however the lady named NORM she serves the bacon and eggs is EXTREMELY RUDE. She is horrible. The restaurant staff will take very very long to serve you as they will stand and chat in Thai about the guest. I speak THAI and understood what they said. The pool area is amazing and the waiter named SUN is great ! Their shuttle service is very poor out of 5 days we could not book the shuttle once as it was "fully booked" as well as their free 15 minute massages. Seems like all their free services was fully booked conveniently. Further on the rooms and cleaning service was great.

Under estimated this hotel! The rooms are good but the customer service has got to be commended! The restaurant staff is incredibly attentive, I have not seen this kind of service in Phuket. Hotel staff in general are extremely friendly and greet all guests. This includes, the gardeners, maids and general staff. The restaurant food is excellent which includes the morning buffet. A winner!

Friendly hotel across the road from the beach. Many but easy steps to the ocean view rooms, some of the cheaper rooms look rather confined. Food service in the restaurant was slow and food not very hot but pleasant staff. Several other restaurants and stalls nearby. We have used the Orange car Phuket (quickly found in google)twice now and have been very satisfied both times

The staff here, are great. Any problems or questions are addressed quickly. The rooms are well laid out with international power plugs and room safes. You can choose not to have your towels changed everyday by hanging them on the rack instead of leaving them on the floor. The rooms have great noise isolation. The food at the restaurant is amazing the times we had lunch or dinner there, which was only a couple of times because there is a lot of competition in the local area for restaurants. The wifi network is a bit slow and unreliable, it really needs an upgrade. The free wifi on the street is literally 10x faster (160mbps vs 16). But my preference is to use the mobile phone network instead. AIS and DTAC both get over 100mbps and 1500 baht gives you unlimited data anytime for a month. The pools are great here and go to a maximum depth of 1.2m? (don't quote me on that one). There is a health spa and fitness centre here but I didn't try either of them. There is a shuttle bus service into karon, kata and patong which is convenient and comfortable. This is a great hotel especially if you get it on special (which for us was around $60 AU per night in high season, low season you can get it for under $40 au per night at the right time). Would stay here again.

Nice hotel with a kind of bungalows in chain. You can see that it is not brand new, but we liked it a lot. Ground floor terrace in front of all rooms. Some places are a vit smelly from the sewer probably. But not our place. Very nkce clientell. Quiet area right on a great beach. Small restaurants and simple market just outside the door. If you want a hectic nightlife this is not the place at all.

Very high price/performance ratio. For almost 40Usd/night you get a descent hotel at a descent location. The hotel is old but well managed, otherwise the price would be triple. Breakfast is good enough, having meal at the hotel is not expensive, a lot of nice restaurants nearby. If you are the type of spending all time in the hotel, this is not for you. The swimming pool is small and not much to do in the hotel. Nai Harn beach which is 50 meters walking distance, is a nice beach however too much waves for swimming. Most of the rooms are facing the walkway of all hotel guests so get ready to be waken up early by the loud speaking rude tourists. After dinner time, nothing to do around the hotel so if you are more into nightlife, look for somewhere else.
