Unfriendly employees, salad tastes horrible and is furthermore expensive for what you get, not customer satisfaction oriented at all, no flexibility. 10/10 would not recommend. The hotel and the service was the worst decision on our trip through Thailand.

There is a huge swimming pool with modern garden spaces for photo spots. High standard meeting wedding venue with reasonable price/ convenient for groups. also big parking spaces, clean rooms, and reasonable price for food, laundry and room services menu.

Spent 2 weeks.
Food- very good local. Taste as oryginał Thai food, so if you know Thai food from abroad be aware it's not tuned to your country taste.
Has swimming pool 1,4 meter deep, and a shallow part for kids.
Staff professional, but some reviews moaning they struggle with English, they do speak English enought to communicate.
Cleaness- below hospital grade, but still decent.
Proper air-condition, but i had off as not fancy freezing.
Value to money? yes.

Little out of beach area. Near BUS Station. But quite and beautiful.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days in a pool accessible room. It was a nice experience for a change.

If you are looking for a quiet place free from noise , away from the happening areas in Phuket then this is recommended.

If you are on your own ,u might have to plan your daily commute. We couldn't find any nearby place from where we could rent a scooter.

This hotel was a slice of heaven after a long travel day from Phi Phi islands. I didn't want to travel another hour to get to Karon or the beaches, and this was just 15 minutes from the Pier where the Ferry loads and unloads. Phuket town isn't the prettiest, but this hotel is honestly an upscale, stylish hotel at very reasonable prices. The design of the hotel is posh and trendy, the pool beautiful and the hotel took the time to make the ambiance spa- like and relaxing.

The rooms are clean, air conditioned and our room overlooked the pool. We immediately got a glass of wine from the restaurant, took a swim, then got a spa treatment from the adjacent spa, which was also luxurious and we'll priced. We finished with dinner at the nice outdoor restaurant next to the hotel pool and a movie in our comfy room. A great end to a very busy travel day and weekend at Phi Phi.
