If you need service with a smile you may want to look elsewhere. I guess they work long hours. The staff did an excellent job helping us though with extra pillows and a late checkout. The bathrooms were a bit small but I wouldn't expect it to be a problem unless you are staying multiple days.

Very nice hotel and absolutely stunning pool!
Friendly staff, super breakfast (must try). They even offered scooter rental after I asked about it.
If I need a hotel when I'm around Phuket City will definitely go back here.

All service and cleanliness meet the standard. Not far from downtown. I think it's OK to stay here just book your own taxi. The main receptionist lady was very pregnant but always in a good mood lol very sweet and gave us good tips on travelling to town and around.

There are some room which are pool access. You feel the genuine warmth from all the associates there. There was plenty of hot water all the time. Big supermarket in front of hotel. ***y nice beaches to visit. The breakfast was Ok and less. The traffic is easy to navigate.

Not bad for the price if you don't want to right in the heart of Phuket town. We got an room upgrade to a wonderful suite. The entire property was spotless regardless of the time of day. The room is a bit noisy as it is near the main road.

The location of this hotel is excellent and very strategic. Location is good access to public transport and surrounding. We had no choice but to accept even though we knew we were being ripped off as we had to make the ferry. I cannot say enough good things about the team here.

I have just stayed for 4 nights in this hotel on business. The hotel overall is clean and very tidy. All the employees of the hotel were very helpful and very friendly. Transportation was offered to areas of interest. Room rates are reasonable for the type of hotel. I enjoyed the ride.
