Serenity resort is one of the most beautiful properties of phuket! The restaurant is total sea view n has the best ever dining experience. The staff is soo much humble and helpful. When we said that we are vegetarian they made special food arrangements for us which were quite boozy! Overall amazing experience. They have sea facing terrace rooms as well as villa huts and both r good. The ambience is nice and area is super clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Location is kinda isolated (which can be a plus or a negative).
The palm cabanas are a bit awkward as they all have huge glass windows (a positive thing) all looking at each other which creates zero privacy if you want sunlight/natural light ????
There was no breakfast buffet despite trip.com saying there would be, instead there were 4 options that were ok. The private beach is beautiful, the rooms were well kept, customer service was great, but property was a bit dated. Outdoor spaces were awesome though and you can see monkeys around the grounds sometimes.

Booked 'Palm' room in the garden, we did late check-in
The resort upgraded our room to deluxe one which was very kind of them but it has view of other room balconies and was chemical smelly (maybe because it has been closed for a while), so we asked to change the room back to what we booked at the first place. We really prefer the Palm room. It's may be a bit small for two but it has very nice garden view, you can enjoy fresh air in the morning, access the beach easily. We love it!

Ps. The bar and restaurant at the resort are closed which is a bit too bad. If you wanna eat, you can drive around Rawai beach, it's not far from the resort.

hotel sha +, which should provide conditions for patients with covid. But the administrators yelled at me on the phone to leave their hotel, they did not want to contact my insurance, a terrible musty number. All my requests to improve conditions for quarantine were ignored. I won't recommend to anyone

Stayed here for Sandbox, the apartment/room was great, with kitchen and oven. Staff were great from the booking process to get the SHABA code to making sure I was comfortable for the whole 2 weeks. Pool and gym are great too.

The staff have been exceptional from greeting us at the main desk with tea and cold towels to walking me through options of rooms as the one I booked wasn’t actually suitable for my stay. Very understanding, very good English. Facilities are good. Swimming pool is big with lots of loungers around the edge. Rooms are very tidy and so are the grounds. Massages are offered in a folder usually on the dining table upon arrival at your room.

Hi Guys,
I just booked a room with my siblings at your Hotel. We are doing the one night quarantaine at your hotel. We were wondering if there is a possibility to do the PCR test at your hotel or should we go to the medical center ? Do you have any reliable references where we should get the test done ? We are looking forward chilling and relaxing with the awesome view. See you very soon !
