1. I booked an ocean view suite for my birthday. I chose it because they allow dogs. Upon checking in, I was told I could only stay in a garden view room because of my dog. They had my email and Thailand phone number for a week but Never Bothered To Call or Email to let me know. After a 3 hour taxi ride in monsoon rain, I had no choice but to take the smaller, driveway view room.
2. It was clean but the room was very small and the shower was very strange. If the water hose was in the holder on the wall the water shot straight out at a height of 6 feet. Showering was a challenge.
3. There were very old bags of trash outside my room.
4. Stayed only 1 night. Asked for a taxi to be arranged at check out. It wasn’t done, I had to wait in the hot lobby with my dog and luggage.

I would never recommend this hotel. Very far from everything on top of a hill. Property needs maintenance. Great views from the suites and very nice restaurant staff are the only good things I can mention.

One of the best stays i have experienced in a budget. Absolutely beautiful property and amazing service by the staff. I had only one difficulty there which was finally leaving the amazing views and serenity.
P.S
The resort is recovering from post covid symptoms. A lot of it needs maintenance but we can't complain for the price we paid. Also, it's amidst nature so you should be fine with a few insects around you.
Will definitely come back to see it scale up again to it's full glory

Excellent place to stay in Phuket..!!
I can say nothing can be better to this..!!

We booked a supreme villa which costed us just 11000 rs for a week which is cheap enough as per the view and service…!! We got a sea view villa I have shared a video that anyone visiting Thailand can view..!!! The food they serve is amazing and all the beaches and market are nearby..!! You can even higher a bike which will cost you 1200 Thai baht for 1week and you get it for complete 7days so you can roam around the city during the day and also at night..!!

The food is also cheap..!!

My favourite hotel in Phuket, great rooms, clean, friendly staff.... opt for the ocean view if possible. Hotel is on a steep cliff, but 24/7 golf carts taking you to and from room. Also excellent food here.

Pet friendly resort. Amazing beach and sunset view. Great and accommodating staff. Tidy and spacious room overlooking the garden. Nature like atmosphere with beach. Highly recommend for vacation in Phuket.

u200f## The phone in the room did not work. This means we have to use our own mobile phones to call the lobby to request for pickups back to the lobby/restaurant.

u200f##. The staff is not very helpful or friendly. When we discovered these bad points of our room we go to the reception and they say will come soon.

u200fPlease look for another place to stay when you want to stay in this area. You will regret booking this hotel.

My review is for the restaurant not the hotel,
Overpriced, surprisingly mango juice is not fresh ????! Thailand full of fresh mangos but here no fresh mango juice ????, mango sticky rice was good though..
Seating area is very good with nice views of the sea ???? Kids friendly ????u200d????, free wifi.
