Our experience has been phenomenal! This was our first resort and it had everything you need: beach with fine white sand, amazing pool with cliff jumping and slide, wide spread breakfast, and menu with a variety of food. From our room, we were able to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Best of all, we met an amazing staff who really made us feel welcomed, especially Nam who felt like family. She was attentive and so caring. Thank you for an outstanding experience!

For a family of five, this was by far one of the best resorts we have stayed at. The rooms were beautiful, large and the beds were comfortable. However, we did find that the rooms were quite dark even with the curtains open and the stairs were hard to see and find especially in the evening.

The service was amazing. The staff were friendly constantly engaged in conversation and were quick to wait on us. The food was also amazing with appropriate serving sizes. While the options were small the variety was large with Indian, Italian and traditional Thai.

The location of the resort was only a short walk away from some simple markets and restaurants. Additionally the hotel offered taxi services, who were friendly and willing to drives us for a whole day!

We will be coming back to this resort and the experience was overwhelmingly positive!

We loved our stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort! We stayed for 7 nights and each day we were made to feel like royalty. The staff were all super attentive, especially Nok at the restaurant who is pictured with us. We had the all inclusive package and there was plenty of different food to choose from. As well as delicious cocktails. The resort is huge and actually backs up onto the beach. You can walk out of the huge pool and into the beautiful waves. We are sad to leave this wonderful place!

Awesome relaxing resort! Great friendly staff everywhere on hand to assist. Stayed in a one bedroom villa with private pool and did not want to leave. Food was amazing and great variety. Wife and I had three Spa treatments and well worth the money. I would highly recommend this resort for both couples and families.

The rooms feels and smell old.. very long distance to get to the pool and breakfast area (it took us 2 elevators and a long walk between them to get to our room).
The pool area is fantastic and a there’s a variety of pools and sand which is great with kids.
The beach is beautiful, but don’t expect any facilities on the beach- no beds, chairs or shades.
We recommend eating and drinking at the restaurant by the beach - not overpriced as the restaurants at the resort and delicious food.

We came to the resort with our daughter, son in law and granddaughter for a family holiday and we have had a wonderful time. We have four days left to enjoy the resort.
My suggestions are very simple. The choices for European breakfast hasn’t changed the whole time we have been here and it is pretty average for a 5 star resort. Better choices and quality would be great. The pool filtration needs some work, the pool wasn’t always sparkling. The floors in the corridors are treacherous when wet. Maybe a non slip surface would be safer. I have slipped many times. We are on the all inclusive package and it was disappointing to have surcharges on lots of menu items and that I had to pay for a glass of wine with dinner.
The resort surroundings are magnificent, rooms a bit tired but very comfortable.
The staff have been just wonderful they cannot do enough for you. Particular mention to Nok, Ray and Chaplin who made our holiday complete. We are loving our time here and would come back.

A wonderful place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed the sea view from our room, the adults only pool and the overall relaxing feel of this resort. The massages at the spa are incredible and the food is equally amazing! The staff were incredible helpful, kind and accommodating and we will definitely be back. Beautiful overall!
