Good spacy room but thats it. Bad breakfast. No service mindes staff. No sun beds. 3/4 gym machines is broken and gym is always locked and cannot be unlocked before 9 am by rude staff. Location is quite off. Good value for money though and great room cleaning (when tipping)

The light on our floor flickered like a strobe light was the first sign of trouble. Entering our room we found that our internet modem was missing. There was also a piece of plywood over where the two heat elements were supposed to be. The light switches were in odd spots which was fine however one of the lights in our apartment (one directly over the beds) has no switch we had to flick the fuse to make it dark and that turned off all the outlets in the apartment which likely means that the light was wired to the outlets. Keep in mind however that other rooms were not as horrible and my sister's room was actually quite nice. The pool was nice and refreshing although it was losing tiles. My family of 6 got stuck in their elevator for about 30 min and we're offered 200 Thb off the breakfast which for us was 600 Thb because it is 100 Thb per person.

Reserved one night at first to test out the hotel. After reservation through booking I called the hotel to get them to pick to me up as I was only 2km away. They wanted 300thb just to transfer us to the hotel. Also the receptionist I talked to was very rude so I cancelled my reservation. 2018-01-24 4 pm

Pool and gym work only from 9 to 16. During our stay doors were closed. But photos from the promotions say that hull swim and gym????????

Standard hotel. Kind and helpfull staff. Not the cleanest. Boring breakfast - but you can ask for f.ex. fried eggs and omelets.
