Our room was reasonably priced and a step above the usual backpacker guest house. The position of the hotel was very good in the center. The front desk staff spoke very goog English and were very courteous and helpful. We noticed our a/c didnt work. I am satisfied as I paid just 550 baht for a private room with these ammenities in low season.

we are a tourist from Malaysia, we stayed here for 5 days and the place is comfortable and price is suitable for tourist. Room is huge. The receptionist, Miss Tim was very helpful and kind, was probably the only one who understand english. My stay was great. Thanks to Miss tim with all the help and info she gave us. Will totally come for our next stay.

Easily in walking distance of ***y things. A quick jaunt downstairs to tell the front desk and they immediately brought us to a new room where the a/c did work. Stayed a couple of nights here in Phuket town and the location is great. Staff very friendly. The receptionists spoke poor English but possible to communicate.

Outside was being renovated and was covered in scaffolding and equipment. There was no carpet so you need to have sleepers. We were not expecting anything fancy for the price we paid. Walking distance to bus station to catch the pink bus to the bus terminal for bus to Bangkok. Pleased with the hotel.

Rooms are less than interesting. A bit of a task since the people at the restaurant don't speak much English but we had fun pointing out things on the menu. We tore this room apart in search of signs of bed bugs and didn't find any. Hotel about 10-15 minute walk from airport buses.

This was just a stop over for us between airport and leaving for koh Phi Phi the next day. Therefore we went for inexpensive and we got what we paid for. Nothing terribly wrong but compared to the other places we have stayed this place wasn't as nice. One thing, the bed was not very cosy.

The agent said it is a place to sleep and it is clean. Reserved my ticket to Ko Phi Phi directly at front desk and free pickup with minivan to Rassada Pier. OCT 2011 We found Rattana ***sion after our tuk tuk driver recommended it to us. Stay at a high end backpacker or hostel.
