the hotel has only one plus, good location, close to the center, shops and immigration center. Away from the road, from the noise of the equipment, noisy old air conditioner. The sheet is stale and grey. I didn’t like the manager at the reception, refused to print the registration document, refused a late check-out, although after 12.00 no one was sent for cleaning and there were no customers to check-in.the mattress is not hard but old, the springs are felt. I do not recommend this hotel for a maximum stay of 1 night.

It probably deserves two stars but I gave it three because it's very cheap the place is generally fine but the bathroom is in terrible disrepair and you can feel the springs on the bed. But at 500 baht per night or less you can't complain too much the location is fantastic that's why I chose it you can walk to any place you want to go for the most part.

The location was close to the pier. We simply couldn’t not have been happier with our room. The room provides relaxing ambient - good to unwind after long day at the office. The staff is friendly and helpful. Be aware they speak very little English so probably not somewhere for an inexperienced traveller to stay.

I like this hotel, it is very convenient. We enjoyed walks around old Phuket town. The hotel Staff are usually very polite but on my last visit i discovered that everytime prior to then I was paying a rate that included breakfast which i had no idea about. The price is cheap and enjoyable local atmosphere.

The location was perfect if travailing on to Pi Pi island as it is very close to the wharf. We ended up on the 5th floor (top floor) and had a very nice room. Taxi can be booked at reception for a good price. We would recommend this hotel to all age groups.

Nice budget hotel in Phuket Town. Quite close to Rassada Pier. Most of the Phuket tourist attractions are quite close. The room was good, AC working was good. Overall it was quite a decent stay at this hotel.
