It is a small shrine next to the big one (it’s actually connected) but this place is more than 100 years old, much older than the big one.

This place is dedicate to Guanyin, the goddess of mercy.

Please find staffs and ask them how to pray to the goddess. They will give you branch of incense sticks. You need to follow the number signs.

Small Chinese temple located near many vegetarian restaurants. This temple or shrine has a lot of interesting statues to those who don't know that much about Chinese culture. Like always, removing shoes is a must before entering the temple

There is a great confusion about this shrine and Jui Tui Shrine on internet and in Google maps too. These places have currently very different rating but many of their photos are photos of the other. That's not only because these two places are next to each other. Jui Tui shrine is in fact a large annex to Put Jor temple. It was built a century later but they are essential the same object. So that I'm going to rate them as one. It's a nice and colorful Chinese worship place. It's not a tourist attraction, it's real. And even though it's far away from being the most interesting temple I've ever seen, it's always good to have a quiet and peaceful place like this around so I think it deserves 4 stars.
