The brother and sisters (owners?) that we met here are the real deal and will make your trip special! Always ready with good advice and able to book tours and ferries, they are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple, comfortable, and affordable. There's a little street noise from the city view rooms so you may want to opt for the others if you are a light sleeper. Excellent communication with quick email responses, suggestions, and happy to help in any way. Would definitely recommend!

Very disappointed with customer service - I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Upon check-in we realized the location and space were not a good fit. We expressed this to the owner and she told us it was no problem to check-out the next morning. After check-out was complete, she told us were would not get any refund for the 5 nights we pre-paid because they have a strict cancellation policy. **I understand the need for policy, but we found her style deceptive and that most hotels even which this sort of policy would have penalized us for a night but not an entire stay.

The owner was very helpful in providing information and booking the ferry to phi phi.
The room was clean with aircon and hot water. Free fast wifi.
On the first day she gave me to a free bottle of water.
Situated in a quite location near the old town and nice restaurants.
Not far from bus station.

The lady who owns the place is very very kind and helpful ! I cannot say anything about the accommodation, i just had a little chat as i booked a boat trip to koh phi phi. She offered me her help in any way. She has very good advices for local activities, restaurants and so on..
You can also book there tours or boat trips to other islands!

This is a great hotel! The owner of the hotel is very friendly and helpful person! She and her brother helped me solve any question during my stay. This is a good place and low price. I have stayed here for more than a month and will be happy to stay here in the future!

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Very close to the market and old town Phuket but far enough away that you can sleep in peace. Only downfall was no balcony and safe. Very clean

Simple and quiet place. Great bang for your buck. The hosts really set this place apart from others. They will go above and beyond for you, offering great advice, without being in your face
