This hotel located in a perfect location, with its convenient location that you can enjoy easy access to 7/11 (200m), restaurants, cafes as well as massage shop. Sino-Portuguese Architecture area is also easily to walk.

Room :
There are only 10 guestrooms with air-conditioner, mini-fridges and free tea bags/instant coffee are provided. Free WiFi access keeps you connected, and satellite programming is available for your entertainment. Love the private bathroom with has a separate part of showers and toilet area, complimentary toiletries and hair dryers is provided. Conveniences include desk and table for reading or working with a pool view.

Chillax yourself with an outdoor swimming pool that you can cooldown after a long day from morning trip. Hotel Staff - Khun Yao is a very friendly person and willing to help anything you ask for.

The hotel is close to the town. The room is quite small but clean. The staff doesn't speak English very well so communication was a little bit hard. The breakfast was very poor even it was promised by the staff to add at least some fruit nothing has changed. The price was ok but if I stay here again I would take the breakfast somewhere else where you will get at least a regular coffee.

Reasonable priced hotel. Pool is nowhere near as nice as the photos look but the rooms are quite nice. The breakfast is really really not great, to the point that we preferred going to pay for a different breakfast somewhere else (we are not picky eaters). It's a great location for exploring Phuket Town

The actual state of things in the hotel does not correspond with its presentation! There is no minibar in the room and the fridge does not work. The hairdryer is not a part of the room´s equipment and the wifi connection does not work. The bathroom was dirty and the floor full of somebody´s hair!!

For three days nobody came to clean up and refill the toilet paper and the room stank in general. All night long there was a neon light from the street shining into the room so we felt like sleeping in the shop window. The staff was unwilling to help.

We checked in for 2 nights. Stayed for 5
Beds are comfy as hell. Location is incredible. 2 blocks from the mall and just around the corner is a park and 3 mins into downtown old phuket. Some of the best food we've ever had in Thailand. Old town phuket is where it's at if you're trying to get away from the bustle of craziness on the tourism side. Staff here are helpful and kind hearted. Rooms are spacious, clean and simple. Would stay here again for sure

Staff friendly and helpful speak little English though. Rooms neat and clean comfy bed! Breakfast was nice. Bathroom a little small but does its job. Right on the main road close to everything.

Breakfast buffet food was served cold from rice to eggs and sausages . Running out of meals and not topping up. Room given was undone and dirty.

Edit : 2 nd day buffet was not even prepared, been asked to order a meal instead of having food to choose from, no options whatsoever
