One of the best hotel and restaurant in the phuket. Specially staff are too good. As a Indian we need security and happiness with behaviour and we get from each staff. I recommend staffs wanna, chat, da and aom. They are very good. I stayed here with my family for 6 days and I have good experience with them

Stayed 5 nights in this hotel. First impression room is decent. Big fridge n very cold. AC was cold too. Bathtub is a plus because my kids like it. Staffs are very friendly and didn't charge anything for printing my docs needed when I need to fly back to my country. Parking is quite big. Elevator small but OK because not so many guest. View from our room 506 is very nice (hill). They change towels n clean room everyday (my suggestion is to let guest decide whether or not to change towels because of saving water program). The only things I don't really enjoy is the breakfast. It's always the same. Maybe can add choices and add fresh fruits. Location of hotel ia in old town, walk 10 min to bus stops (its going to many beaches). To Sunday Market is 5 min walk

Everything in good working condition except water hose spray pressure is too low. Enjoyed waking up to the mountain view. Staff was awesome and helpful with every thing!

Some rooms and the elevator still smell mold. Used face mask to stop it smell.

My wife booked this hotel for our trip in Phuket (Sandbox program). Starting from welcome to the whole stay, the service has been very good. The staff is so nice and helpful, it really makes your stay comfortable. Plus this hotel is at walking distance to Old Phuket Town. We will probably stay at this hotel during our next trip in Phuket. Recommended.
